We encourage and recommend all purchasers to please go through the Refund and Cancellation before purchase of the Licenses.

In case of Site License the Trolley table order cannot be cancelled once supplied and only the site license( Portal) is allowed and that site licence shall be unused and cancellation request is made withing 7 days of receipt of the site license key.
Institute wants to cance, cancellation requests for such unused Portal License shall be considered only if the cancelation request is done within seven days of issuing the license. Once the threshold of issue of unused license crosses beyond 7 days the institute cannot request for cancelation of the license.
If an Institute wants to cancel the site unused license order, then as it is a sale backed by our suppliers, we shall request the institute to write a mail to

addressed to Leader- Commercials & Networking. We shall communicate acceptance or rejection of request of cancellation with 10 working days. In rare case if the institute does not receive a written reply back, we would request for reminder or even a phone communication.
Our Company shall review and understand the reason and upon acceptance by our overseas supplier, shall communicate to the institute within 10 working days.
The communication shall be decisive and as we are customer led company you can be set assured of acceptance of cancellation, if the reasons are genuine and valid.
Our company shall confirm the cancellation as well communicate that the cancellation has activated our internal process of refund and we follow the below refund policy.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the license is unused and request is made within 7 days of issue of license. Once the license is used the student cannot request for cancellation of the license.

Once the cancellation is accepted and is communicated, the Refund of the Site License shall be done with 10 working days.
The payment shall be processed to the same bank unless and otherwise specified by the site license before procession the payment.
In case of refund payment is done the GST shall not be refunded or guidelines as governed by Govt of India shall be followed for refund if any.

In case the payments was made by QR code of SBI the complete payment without GST shall be processed.
In case of payment is made thru payment gateway a levy of 3% over and above the GST amount shall be deducted from the payable amount.

Any Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.
